In the past, teams from Germany, the Dutch Antilles, Iran, Denmark and Japan have been participating. We would be very happy if other countries want to join as well. Every school from every country is invited to join the competition.

Of course, for a fair competition, the level of participating students must be comparable however; in the Netherlands, students are in the last two grades of pre-university education (grades 11/12); their age is 17/18 years.

Currently, there are local representatives for Belgium (Vlaanderen), Germany and Slovakia. Similar to the Netherlands, these countries organize a national Mathematics B-day competition.
